SHIPPING: At this time, we offer UPS shipping to all the states and territories of America based on destination, size, shipping method and weight. Carrier restrictions may prevent selected items from being deliverable to destinations within Hawaii, Alaska and US territories.
RETURN POLICY: Merchandise may be returned to Rich Rock Imports LLC at the customer's expense for Store Credit only.
Returned items must be post marked within 7 business days of the Order Dispatch Confirmation email.
NOTE: Damaged products will not be accepted for Store Credit or any other form of reimbursement. Our detailed and frequent Quality Assurance inspections insure that damaged and poor quality products never find their way to your home.
WHAT WARRANTS A RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT? If you are unhappy with any part of your order it may be returned at the customer's expense for Store Credit.
Unused Store Credit accounts greater than $150.00 in value will be refunded to clients 90 days after receipt of returned merchandise.
Unused Store Credit accounts less than $150.00 in value will be valid for a period of 365 days after receipt of returned merchandise. After this time the Store Credit account will be removed from our records and all claims for Store Credit will be void.
